ProFlow Instrumentation Systems offers a wide array of simple flow indicators to meet a variety of needs in a diverse array of industries. Sure Flow manufactures the simple, reliable, Series SFB-Ball and SFP-paddle style low cost flow indicators.

PresSure Products manufactures a wide selection of flow indicators. The Model B SafeSite is an in-line (see-through) type that is used in existing or new piping to observe material flow through a line. This unit employs standard ANSI B16.5 (2" to 8") flange ends to specified face-to-face dimensions, and can be supplied with indicators such as drip tubes, rotors, or flappers.

The Model L Safesite is developed to satisfy the need for pressure requirements from full vacuum to 100 psi, while still providing the safety of PresSure Products higher-pressure units. Teflon lined units are available where extra corrosion resistance is needed. The Full-View Sight Flow Indicator is an in-line (see-through) type that is used to provide 360-degree viewing of material flow through a line. Full-View indicators are also available for sanitary applications, as required in the food, dairy, and pharmaceutical industries.

Flow switches can be a critical component in any process. The presence or absence of flow, or flow falling below a certain threshold, can be a critical indication of problems in a process. ProFlow Instrumentation Systems offers a variety of styles of switches from several of our key vendors, so we can recommend the best switch for your application.

SOR manufactures a line of simple, reliable, vane-actuated switches, for direct sensing of liquid flow in pipelines. These switches are magnetically actuated, feature rugged internal construction, and all stainless trim. Minimum line pressure loss is achieved by carefully selecting the vane position in the pipeline.

Sure Flow Products offers a large array of switches. Their thermal flow switches have no moving parts to be damaged or clogged, so they are ideal for fluids containing debris. They also supply low cost switches with a spring loaded mechanism that allows them to be mounted in any orientation, and cost effective impeller flow meters for light viscosity fluids.

Perhaps the most innovative product in our line are the CLASSIC 800 and BASIC 400 series of thermal switches from Kayden. These switches are the only thermal switches on the market that are capable of operating as a flow switch, level switch, or interface switch, while simultaneously offering temperature switch capability. The switches can be reconfigured by the end user as required.

Several of ProFlow Instrumentation Systems suppliers offer rugged, reliable flow meters and transmitters. By far the largest selection comes from Cameron Measurement Systems. Cameron offers differential pressure cone meters, turbine meters, ultrasonic flow meters, PD flow meters, as well as accessories, including orifice fittings, meter runs, and plates.

Sure Flow Products offers a number of flow meters and transmitters, including low cost, spring loaded transmitters, paddle wheel flow meters with a digital indicator and totalizer, and a sophisticated range of thermal mass flow meters, suited to aggressive and non aggressive applications, with flow rates to 400 GPM and 2000 SCFM.
