ARI bellows seal valves are reliably sealed, even under the most adverse conditions. The bellows-type valve is maintenance-free and, like all ARI valves, is classed leak rate 1 in accordance with DIN 3230T3. Manufactured from cast steel PM 25 to ANSI 300, these valves are available in sizes from 1/2 to 12 inches, with a choice of straight-through or Y-pattern design. An easy operating hand wheel offers safe operation at all working temperatures. For corrosion resistance, the bellows is made of chrome-nickel steel, and all internals (stem, disk and seat) are made from stainless steel. The disk is flexibly attached to stem for easy replacement and to prevent vibration transfer to the bellows. These valves are suitable for steam, gases, hot water, thermal fluids, hot oil, process water, vacuum facilities, ammonia and other aggressive media. |

ARI makes a wide range of control valves for isolation or control applicationa. Globe valves or 3-way control valves with electric or pneumatic actuators are used for cold/warm/hot water, steam, neutral liquids, gases, thermal fluids, hot oil etc. These valves are suited to temperatures of -10C up to +450C according to material. Precision valve stem guiding and a specially designed valve seat achieves a rangeability of 50:1. A bellows stem seal, packed with PTFE spring loaded packing or Graphoil stuffing box packing ensures that the valve will always be leakproof and easy to turn. The design of the valve ensures linear or equal-percentage flow characteristics. Two-way control or three-way control is available for mixing or diverting service. Standard valves are suitable for cooling water, cooling brine, warm water, hot water, steam, or gas. The bellows seal valves are suitable for refrigerant, cooling water, warm water, hot water, thermal oil, steam, or gas. The ANSI valves are suitable for steam, condensate, and gases with liquid components. |

ARI steam traps are available as ball float, bimetallic, thermostatic or thermodynamic steam traps with different characteristics. An integrated non-return function strainer is located inside the trap. These valves are made from cast iron, cast steel, forged steel, and stainless steels as specified by the ASTM. Flanged, screwed, butt weld or socket weld connectors are available. Standard traps are compatible with steam, condensate. ARI-CONA S traps are compatible with steam, condensate and gases with liquid components. |

ARI manufactures direct loaded safety valves for blowing off excess pressure from steam, vapor, gases and liquid from pressure vessels, steam boilers, hot water boilers and piping systems. ARI-"SAFE" safety valves are available in full-stroke and normal versions. The blow-off function prevents excessive operating pressure from endangering the system. Metal seated or soft seated plugs are available. A stainless steel stroke support is fixed directly to the plug. These valves are available in cast iron, cast carbon steel and stainless steel, (also available with metal bellows stem seal). They are available with a variety of end connections, hoods and lifting levers. The standard version of these valves are compatible with steam, neutral gases, vapors and liquids. The stainless steel version is compatible with steam, aggressive gases, vapors and liquids. |

These rugged valves feature flanged connections with a straight through form. Suited to operation where the temperature body is from -10C to 350C, they are available in various pressure ranges. These valves are compatible with refrigerant, cooling water, warm water, hot water, thermal oil, steam, and gas. |

ARI pressure reducing valves are direct acting proportional regulators, self operated. They regulate a high upstream pressure to a smaller downstream pressure. As the downstream pressure is regulated, the valve closes when the downstream pressure rises. These valves feature exact and easy adjustment. A balancing and sealing bellows, and three exchangeable spring sizes, results in simple, reliable operation. To avoid clogging, the valves are constructed without pillars. Five exchangeable actuator sizes are available. These valves are compatible with steam, neutral gases, vapors and liquids. |
