Standard site glasses are manufactured with threaded lens retainer cap mounts on standard ANSI flange accommodations. The Model B Weld unit, with its bolt-down lens retainer cap, is designed for adaptation to new or existing equipment to become an integral part of a vessel shell, vessel head, man-way cover or in a pipeline system.

The Oblong units increase the viewing length beyond that of standard sight glasses, and are designed for 150 psi and rated for temperatures up to 450F. Units can be manufactured to meet your pressure and temperature requirements, and different materials of construction are available to meet your process needs. Applications requiring DIN standards or non-ANSI flanges are available upon request.

The DuraPort Raised Face Flange Sight Glass combines the strength of steel with the visual clarity of glass. The self-contained, no-maintenance units are created by fusing a glass lens inside of a metal ring. The Raised Face units are designed to bolt between a new or existing flange connection and a cover flange.

The flanged configuration is designed to bolt directly to an ANSI Flat Face flanged connection without the need for a cover flange. These units are also available with an ANSI weld pad which can be machined to fit the radius of the vessel for a complete weld-on sight glass package. Standard units are for ANSI flanges but other types (such as DIN) are available upon request.

PresSure Products manufactures a wide selection of flow indicators. The Model B SafeSite is an in-line (See-Thru) type that is used in existing or new piping to observe material flow through a line. This unit employs standard ANSI B16.5 (2" to 8") flange ends to specified face-to-face dimensions and can be supplied with indicators such as drip tubes, rotors or flappers.

The Model L Safesite is developed to satisfy the need for pressure requirements from full vacuum to 100 psi while still providing the safety of PresSure Products' higher-pressure units. Teflon lined units are available where extra corrosion resistance is needed. The Full-View Sight Flow Indicator is an in-line (See- Thru) type that is used to provide 360-degree viewing of material flow through a line. Full-View indicators are also available for sanitary applications required in the food, dairy, and pharmaceutical industries.

Liquid level gauges are used to see the level, color, or clarity of the liquid in a vessel or tank. A lens is mounted on the front and back of the liquid chamber to permit light to pass through the gauge. The gauges are used as a single unit or stacked up in multiple sections to view a desired height of liquid in a vessel or tank. Standard units are furnished with 1/2" or 3/4" NPT female-end connections.

They are also available in a weld pad version, furnished with a flat bottom. Upon request, the unit can be machined with a cylindrical radius to match the contour of the vessel. Low cost reflex gauges and tubular level gauges are also available. The See-Thru can also be furnished with other connections (socket weld, flanged, sanitary, or as specified) as well as with various types of valves upon request.
