REOTEMP thermometers are all-stainless steel with dial sizes of 3", 4", and 5", hermetically sealed, with standard NPT connections. With accuracy of 1% full scale, they are silicone fillable for vibration reduction. Standard lengths are available, but we can order custom stem lengths if you require.

Thermocouples and RTDs are the most widely used and varied of all temperature sensors. REOTEMP manufactures a complete line of standard and custom probes and assemblies to meet the demands of today's industries.

All REOTEMP RTDs and thermocouples are,rugged, reliable, highly-accurate. We can supply complete thermowell assemblies and transmitter assemblies. We offer a full line of connection heads, including: aluminum, stainless steel, iron, general purpose and explosion-proof. Spring-loaded and welded threaded process connections, are available,with various nipple and union combinations.

We offer both standard and mini connector probes, and lead wires in fiberglass, Teflon, PVC, SS armor and overbraid protection. For food and pharmaceutical industries, we can supply sanitary probes. We also offer custom assemblies to your specification.

We can supply a wide variety of thermocouple typesincluding J, K, T, R, S, E, and high-temperature noble metal thermocouples. RTDs are available in platinum, nickel, copper, and thermistors with, various tolerances, ranges and curves.

REOTEMP thermowells allow the temperature sensor to be removed and replaced without dropping pressure or losing contents. We offer various well styles including: threaded, flanged, socket weld, and sanitary tri-Clamp. Shank types include stepped, tapered, and straight.

You can choose construction materials of: stainless steel (304, 316), hastelloy, monel, and inconel.

REOTEMP pressure gauges, manufactured under ISO 9001 quality standards, are available in a wide variety of sizes, ranges, and configurations to meet the demands of any application.

REOTEMP Series PR gauges offer rugged, all-welded stainless steel construction. In 4" and 6" dials, the tube, socket and case are all welded together,offering superior case sealing and gauge integrity. The stainless steel case, tube and socket make these gauge ideal for applications involving corrosive environment or media. Liquid Filling (at the factory or in the field) is available for severe service. The removable bayonet ring makes the PR gauge field repairable.

REOTEMP Series PT Process Gauges are designed to withstand corrosive atmospheres and media, pulsation and vibration. This is a very rugged gauge engineered for the process industries. The solid front/blowout back provides a high degree of user safety.

We also offer high visibility dials, low pressure capsule design, sanitary gauges, high precision test gauges, differential gauges, vacuum gauges, and custom colour band gauges.

Diaphragm seals use a flexible barrier, or diaphragm seal, to isolate a pressure sensor (such as a gauge or transmitter) from the process fluid. The REOTEMP diaphragm seal is available in many configurations. Selection of the proper diaphragm seal for a given application is very important for safety and performance. We will be glad to assist you in selecting of the most effective diaphragm seal system for your application.

REOTEMP TRANS-P LINE pressure transmitters and transducers all convert applied pressure to an electrical signal that can be interpreted by a computer or other interpretive device, where it can be used to display or control a process variable. Ranges from vacuum to 60,000 psi are available.

Optional high accuracy, heavy duty, flush mount, sanitary mount, submersible, and explosion proof gauges are also available..
