SAFi has recently introduced a new range of Diaphragm Valves. Manufactured from advanced engineering plastics and designed for installation into virtually all types of pipeline, the SAFi range of Manual Corrosion Resistant Diaphragm Valves offers a flexible approach to valve users and specifiers.

Available in sizes from 1/2 to 2 inches, these valves have a serrated flange face in standard DIN, BS or ASA sizes. Choose from EPDM, FPM or PTFE diaphragm material.

Available from 2 inch (DN50) to 24 inch (DN600), SAFi 'Wafer' type Butterfly Valves are of a solid construction with a symmetrical design, and are suitable for use in both directions. For sizes from 2 inch (DN50) to 6 inch (DN150), the lever handle with ratchet hold can be set up in up to 15 positions for accurate operation and control. For 8 inch (DN200) and above, there is a hand wheel and reduction gearbox with a position indicator mounted on the top.

SAFi Butterfly Valves are pressure rated up to PN10 (10 bars) with DIN, BS or ASA configuration flanges with moulded-in bolt location holes to assist with installation in difficult locations.

To ensure compatibility, SAFi Butterfly Valves are available in PP, PVDF and PVC with a choice of EPDM or FPM seals.

SAFi rounds out its line of valves with a complete range of pneumatically actuated valves. Available in sizes from 1/2 to 2 inch, these valves are equipped with a 4-20 mA positioner. A manual override and travel limiters with position indicator are standard.

Choose between EFDM, PTFE or FPM diaphragm materials. All metallic parts of the valve are stainless steel for corrosion resistance and long life.
