Status Instruments offers an extensive range of temperature transmitters. They offer two form factors, an in-head design and a DIN rail design.

Both thermocouple and RTD transmitters are available, with industry standard 4-20 mA out or optional smart transmitters. Analog transmitters can be easily programed and calibrated in the field via simple push buttons, eliminating the need for taking a computer or configurator into the field. Smart transmitters can be fully and easily configured via a PC interface, with a full user linearization feature.

Status Instruments offers a series of standard temperature probe assemblies, with a choice of in-head transmitters or in-head connection blocks.

Status Instruments manufactures a complete range of DIN mounted signal conditioners to complement their temperature products. The line includes powered isolating voltage to current and current to current converters, loop powered trip amplifiers, universal input voltage output signal conditioners, single channel and dual channel process input signal conditioners and single and dual channel frequency input signal conditioners.

Included in the line are programable modules having a high degree of functionality and configurability via a RS485 MODBUS serial communications interface. They accept all common signals and produce an isolated (4 to 20) mA re-transmission signal, a single changeover trip relay, twin normally open relays or various combinations.

Status Instruments maintains their reputation for innovative design with a unique family of panel meters. The highly innovative case design features option "Pods" which can be plugged in without dismantling or re-calibration. These provide optional outputs of programmable current and 2 x trip relays for alarm points.

The line includes meters for: RTD/thermocouple inputs, voltage/current inputs, and true RMS voltage/current. Intelligent meters are available with: flow and totalize, flow and totalize with TFML (Transfer Function Module Library) i.e. the ability to download custom functionality by means of standard modules available from the Status Instruments web site.

Status offers a range of loop isolators for 4-20 mA, two wire transmitters, and voltage to current. They also offer a 4-20 mA loop booster, a current loop splitter and a programable loop isolator.

These isolators require no user adjustment during commissioning. Minor adjustments can be made to the calibration of the device by means of the two front panel accessible calibration potentiometers.

Incorrect connection in the loop will not damage the device as long as the specified maximum currents/voltages are not exceeded.

Status Instruments offers a full range of humidity/temperature sensors. The line includes duct mount, wall mount and remote mount models, as well as wall mount models with fully integrated power supply and output options.

These units will measure humidity, temperature, dew point and delta T (the difference between dew point and ambient temperature) values. Use free PC software to configure any one of the 4 parameters. Configuration is performed quickly using a USB port driven configurator. Either fixed ranges or your own custom ranges can be configured for all output types in C or F.

Status Instruments offers a series of battery powered thermometers with and LCD display. Compatible with PT100 or thermocouple probes, these units are simple to use, low cost devices where direct reading with no output is needed.

Status Instruments offers a series of loop powered process indicators, designed to be connected in series in a (4 to 20) mA current loop to display digitally the process variable represented by the current flowing.

It is typically used where a digital display of the process variable is required at or near the point of measurement.

Status Instruments offers a range of high quality 2 wire pressure transmitters providing a 2 wire (4 to 20) mA output over a wide pressure range. A piezoresistive element provides excellent accuracy and stability. These units feature high accuracy electronics, which enables the transmitter to maintain a very high level of accuracy and temperature stability when used with high temperature processes. There are a number of process connections to choose from, and measurement ranges of between 100 mbar to 1000 bar.

Status Instruments offers two DIN rail mountable power supplies.

The SEM1300 is a DIN Rail mounted power supply that provides a regulated 24V DC output @ 250 mA from an AC supply ranging from (90 to 253) VAC (50 to 60) Hz. Ideally suited to powering 24 V process instrumentation and signal conditioning modules, the small size of the SEM1300 now enables many more units to be installed in a smaller space than was previously possible.

The MED 2911 is a high performance switch mode power supply which is very small and compact for the power it delivers and which complements Status' range of DIN rail transmitters and signal conditioning units. It connects to the mains supply and provides an isolated 24 VDC supply @ 1A.
